Position Objective

A progressive use of MIG/TIG welding equipment in accordance with job and customer demand welding both stainless steel and carbon steel. Including,

Ability to read and apply basic weld symbols.
Able to perform 1st piece table layouts.
Basic understanding of CAD software (Solidworks)
Understanding of GD&T and how it impacts the part
CMM report understanding and trouble shooting from CMM reports.
Ability to weld both MIG and TIG effectively on both stainless and mild steel
Demonstrate ability to meet the expectations of our customers with stainless steel welding and AWS required specifications on required joints.
Ability to influence and aid in the development of others around you to produce quality product.
Participate and contribute to existing Technique safety functions and environments.
